I'm an outgoing, confident person who has a good sense of humour and the ability to laugh at myself. I try not to take life too seriously and enjoy life a day at a time.

I'm a water fitness instructor, although will be the first to admit that I am still frustrated by those 10 extra pounds that seem to be more attached to me than I am to it! If one more person tells me that muscle weighs more than fat, I am likely to hit them.

I like to be active and keep busy. I own golf clubs and downhill skis but I think it takes more than equipment ownership to qualify as a true golfer or skier. We will just say that I enjoy both and would like to get a whole lot better.

I'm looking for someone who likes to laugh and who is easy to be around. I don't take much bulls#@t from anyone and honesty is one of the most important characteristics I look for. I seem to have the ability to see through crap really quickly and quite frankly, don't want someone wasting my time. I get suspicious when someone sends me an email telling me how wonderful I am or how nice I seem, before they know anything about me. Perhaps you can tell that I tend to "call em as I see em".

Having said all of that, I do have a good heart and would love to find the right person to prove that to.

Go for a walk along some nature trails or along the water, talk and find out about each other. Although I love good company and a nice dinner, it can be a little awkward for the first meeting.
