OKAY, "WORLD!" Here is a little about myself, because it's mandatory.
I laugh a lot – really loudly, and I can’t help it. That’s how it comes out! You can walk into a crowded room, and if I’m having a good time, you can just follow the sounds of my laughter over to greet me. I will probably greet YOU with a fishhook or a lasso. This doesn’t have to be a painful experience for you - just give in!
I LOVE weekends, the sunshine, and escaping the suburbs. But, I love longgg New York City days and nights. And I live for vacations that involve fresh air. I never want to be too far from the ocean. Many of my daydreams are spent on the travels I will take once I finish paying my way through grad school. Until then, I spend the majority of my time working with the best kids you’ll ever meet, as both a local Museum Educator and an Elementary Special Education Student Teacher.
I LOVE good literature I can get lost in, tasty food, and browsing/fondling antiques without buying them. I like to incorporate the color turquoise into my life as much as possible. I enjoy being around new people...and funny people. I like to "dance it out" with my girlfriends on special occasions.
I enjoy meeting people who aren't from around these parts, and I think I'm really easy to get along with, unless you are a Red Sox fan. I like being a rowdy sports fan, kicking YOUR rear end at tennis, talking about funny old stories, and spending as much time outdoors as possible!
I LOVE rock ‘n’ roll, black and white photographs, and old-fashioned things.
Foorrr the record, I really DON'T LIKE rude people and when they use derogatory slurs, when people drive really slow in one lane roads, riding the LIRR home at 4 a.m. with the crazies and drunkies, and waking up via alarm clock. Being that these are the main four things that I don't like, that leaves a lot of room for the things I DO like and am willing to like...once I discover and try them!
I absolutely live for the feeling of butterflies in my stomach. I’m a sucker for an off-the-wall sense of humor and flirtatious banter. If he makes me laugh more than my own good, then I'm probably mushy in the knees for him.
A lot of people refer to me as "the tiny girl with curly hair that always laughs." Otherwise called a "fun-sized ball of electricity." Whatever THAT means!?
Don't know why I signed up for this! I'm not looking for anything in particular, maybe just some new handsome faces and funny personalities to talk to. Probably because there are only so many decent men you can meet at a bar...or in school, where your major is all women.
Feel free to say hi!
