How does one describe ones self and/or what one is looking for in someone else. I am basically looking for a woman in a similar situation as myself. I have provided well for my family, I have kept myself in fairly decent shape, I have tried to be the supportive dependable spouse with the large shoulders to lean on, only to get dumped to the side at the first ring of the phone when a client calls.

Everyone has basic human needs to be needed, to be desired, to be wanted. Only someone in a similar situation can realize how truly corrosive it is to not be desired by your own spouse. The questions of self doubt that creep in to ones physcie, the constant self examination of what did one do to no longer be wanted. It is like I have woke up to having a roommate vs a spouse. Until finally I have come to the conclusion that it is the spouse that has the problem, the fear of intimacy; only she has no clue as to how distructive it is.
