believe it or not, I am 40 and never been married... I have a great life. Very down to earth, complicated in good ways. As a friend said, there are alot of great people out there looking to meet but normally their paths never cross each other... so I thought I would take her advice. Unfortunately, I am not letting her help write this so these are my own words. I guess since I am 1/2 Italian I jump around alot during conversations so bare with me here.

Just a few things, do people have personal style any more? Is everyone looking for someone 6 ft or taller? Just cause I like the outdoors, work on my own car and play football, does that mean I cannot cook dinner and listen to how your day is without being metrosexual or being asked how come I am not married? Can I be spiritual without being carried away by Buddha or being devout about religion? Can we just be quiet and sit back and enjoy what we see? Can I talk about something just to think things out? Isn't Colorado wonderful? and finally... where are all the normal people? People who are very good at taking care of themselves, deal with the normal day to day things with a smile and like to live a dream every once and a while...

by the way... I am not interested in photo's of people showing who they are... I enjoy more how a person talks about themselves than looks...

It's all about timing... not when our schedules are free but when we notice it's a fantastic spring day and wouldn't it be nice to do something different to enjoy it. Maybe just meeting at a park to take a nice walk to say hello, chat and enjoy these nice evenings... or maybe, and this might sound different, go shopping. It's always nice to get someone else's option on something isn't it? Just some random thoughts about a first date...
