Ok, I used to be a competitive swimmer so I'm still in decent shape and still work out when I can. I'm not fat but not super skinny either, I've got muscle. I have worked very hard over the years to keep myself in respectable shape and I expect the same in anyone I would potentially meet on here. If you only have face pics on your profile, I'm going to assume you're fat below the neck. You can only fake it until the first meeting, then it makes it just that awkward when I have to break it to you that average doesn't mean 40 lbs overweight! Besides that, I'm a computer nerd, got my B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences. Right now I'm working as an engineer at a telecom company in Las Colinas so I'm pretty stable at this point and looking for the same in people I date and people I make friends with. I'm pretty unintimidating and easy going, generally stress free, always looking to better myself, ambitious, blah blah blah. Anyways, that about sums it up. Not looking for long term right now but if it happens, it happens. I love sports, baseball (Astros), football (Texans), just started getting into hockey (Stars), basketball (Mavs) sometimes, and Nascar (Tony Stewart). I also like the more ridiculous and watch wrestling on tv! I started back to school to get my Cisco certifications in January at Collin County Community College in Frisco so while I'm excited about that, my schedule's pretty hectic between that and work. Oh, and I don't do the 420 thing. I don't look down on people who do, I just think it smells bad and it makes me cough and makes breathing difficult when I'm around it. I'm also very crass at times, you never know what's going to come out of my mouth, I think my filter broke, lol. And I do like to head out to the strip clubs from time to time and party it up, if you're offended by that, then move on, I've got friends who are or were in that business that I'm not going to ditch...and if you're not offended, then I'll pick you up on the way, I promise you'll have fun, lol. To sum it up, if you're a prude then you probably won't like me. Another thing, if you have kids...it's not that I don't like kids but I've learned through experience that women with kids generally don't have the time for me since I like to do things on the fly, we'd probably just be friends. And fess up to it, answering "prefer not to say" ALWAYS means yes on the do you have children question. Answering that way just makes you sound like you're ashamed of your kids.

Oh, and something I see a lot of that I find amusing...I've read some profiles on here that say that want someone that's "real". How do you define real? If somebody isn't real, wouldn't they just be a figment of your imagination and not matter anyways? If you see people who aren't real, take a deep breath, count to 10 and think happy thoughts.

I'm sure I'll get some angry/sad girl with no sense of humor and a lame, mushy "I'm looking for love" type profile lash out at me for that last one, hehe!

It depends on the person, some people have enormous expectations when setting up a first date, I'm more of a meet up for a drink or coffee and get to know one another type of person. Just remember, first dates are really interviews. And yes I know I lifted that from Van Wilder...I don't care, it's a funny movie!
