I am a student at UVic studying Law. I have a sarcastic and deadpan sense of humour that some people don't get. I enjoy making people laugh and I also like laughing. I find occasionally I'm the only one to find something funny. Don't let that fool you though. I'm not a negative person. I believe our relationships with others--all kinds--should be guided by empathy and kindness.


Some activities I enjoy are hiking, biking, swimming, reading, movies, live theater, and exploring new places. I don't spend much time listening to music, but the music I listen to is fairly eclectic and rather classic...Gordon Lightfoot, Ry Cooder, other folks you probably have never heard of.

I am looking for someone who is compassionate, warm and communicative and who will not be afraid to tell me when I'm being ridiculous. That happens occasionally, but not in a bad way.

I love going for walks and I'm an animal person (dogs over cats...wait, who isn't an animal person?). I like playing board games but I can't play cards, unless it's Go Fish.
