About Me
I am a healthy, happy, focused man. All I lack in life is a healthy, happy, focused woman.
I have been a music business professional for over 25 years. I am also a musician but only by avocation (my choice). I play guitar, harmonica, sing, and compose. I like jazz, rock, folk, Brazilian, and standards.
I love sports, especially football but you don't have to.
You do have to live in Manhattan though. Distance takes a toll on relationships.
I like to read detective novels, biographies, & history but I think that I like shopping at the bookstands better than reading the books. I live with my little white bird, Grandpa Joey. You will need his approval if this is going to work out. Not to worry though as he basically ignores everybody, including me.
First Date
I like to have brunch on the first date, either out on my deck (my omelettes and bagel French toast are legendary:) or in a restaurant.
Brunch is less intimidating: if we enjoy each other's company , we can make a day of it without expectations. If we don't , we can part ways and still have most of the day ahead of us.
Sometimes I will take a 1st date on a tour of the Museum of the City of NY where I am a volunteer docent.
