I am an Avid cyclist and runner who has been fortunate to have lived in 4 countries (Jamaica (5yrs), England (12yrs), Korea (3yrs) and the USA). This gives me a unique perspective to life and an empathy with those who are less fortunate than me.

When I am off, you will either find me at the beach or some small town with no high rise buildings. Unfortunately there are no beaches here, but plenty of small towns.
I am especially happy when I am outdoors. I dress well but I prefer blue jeans.
