I would go to the art museum, it is quiet there so we could talk and actually get to know each other. Then a nice dinner in a small but classy place, make sure that we got a little table in a corner. From there depending on how the date was going I would take you to a good concert, there are always good bands playing every night so it's a good way to kick back, scream loud and release energy!
