While I find it difficult to describe myself in a few sentences, I would start by saying that I believe I am kind and caring, fun, loyal, supportive, honest, affectionate, easy going, family oriented, friendly, and have a good sense of humor. A few of the things I routinely enjoy are movies---especially indies and foreign (love Shirlington, E St., and Bethesda Row), live music, ethnic restaurants, exercise, sports, long walks, reading, crossword puzzles, conversations/discussions and all the other simple pleasures of life. I am always looking to learn new things and have new experiences.

I would love to develop a wonderful, enduring relationship with a special lady who has similar qualities and shares some of my interests. Your religion is not important. Kindness, integrity, and a sense of humor are a must. Being health conscious is a plus.

In addition to my career as a Project Manager for the Federal Government, I get a great deal of satisfaction from my volunteer work. I was born in London and raised in Maine (hence an avid Red Sox fan), and lived in the DC area for 30 years (yikes! where did the time go?).
