A "playmate" would be nice...someone I can laugh with and share my day and night with. Someone to hold my hand, and be there when I gaze upon something beautiful,, whether it is the cardinal outside at the feeder, or when I say, "sweetie, see if you can drop what you are doing and gaze at the moon, it's breathtaking", whether you are in the same room with me or a thousand miles away.

I am not sure what a "first date" would be like. At a "first meeting", I would suggest a public place where we could talk and get to know one another in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. A first date would emerge after we decided we might wish to pursue a deeper relationship.
