I cant believe I am going to try on-line dating, but here goes nothing. A few of my friends have suggested this site, so I thought that I would give it a try. What do I have to lose.
So here is me in a nutshell, (man this is harder that I thought):

-I have 2 children that mean the world to me, I enjoy being with them. They are 16 and 19.
-I am happy where my life is and where my life is going, so having someone to share it with would just complete it.
-I have a job that I love to go to everyday and work way too much at times but I think I am just dedicated and care about doing my job well.
-I am a happy person who enjoys life and have a positive attitude.
-I believe that everything happens for a reason and makes it part of who we are. Hey I am over 40, we all have baggage, some things good and bad, and it is all in how you deal with it.
-I like going out but also enjoy a quiet night at home. So I guess I am saying that I am not high maintenance.
-I love to laugh, and enjoy being goofy and try not to worry about the small stuff.
-I am not overbearing or demanding. So, not to worry, I am not going to asked you to married me on the second date.
-A good relationship takes time, friendship, communication, chemistry and commitment. I am realistic but still a romantic at heart and passionate.
-I will stand up for what I believe in. I have strong morals and values and am very trustworthy (maybe a little too trusting at times).
-I value honestly and respect
-I am sweet, caring and very affectionate
-I am not into games, and playing with people’s feelings, I will tell you like it is, but also believe in giving the benefit of the doubt.
-I am established in life, so I am not looking for a “knight in shining armor” to come and recue me but would like to have someone come and “sweep me off my feet”, just someone to share it with.
-I am not looking for “friends with benefits”, intimate encounters, or anything like that. So I will tell you right now, I am NOT going to sleep with you on te first date and not the second date also. I believe that there must be some truly feelings and committment to that.
-I also dont date mutliple men, a one man kind of women
-Bars are not my thing for meeting people.

So I hope that this has given you a little insight to what kind of person I am, and what I am looking and hoping for.
