I know I'm a dead ringer for George Clooney, but try to get beyond that.

Fun and occasionally charming guy with home-grown head of curly-wavy hair seeks good-humored, good-natured woman interested in adventure, fun and romance.

I'm looking for a wealthy, attractive heiress or widow who will take care of me the rest of my life -- so I can play golf all the time. Barring that, I might just settle for a date with a nice woman.

I like art, artists, great musicians, jazz, classic rock, museums, great feature films and interesting people.

You can usually tell a lot about a person from their favorite movies. Some of my favorite classic-type films include: North By Northwest, Body Heat, The Big Chill, Annie Hall, Hannah and Her Sisters, Manhattan, Braveheart, Best Friends, Eye of the Needle, Diner, and Tin Men. I like "foreign" films such as The Lovers (Amantes), and feature films by Pedro Almodovar.

I have blue eyes and a very deep, distinctive voice. I'm kind and friendly. (Hope you are, as well.) I'm well-educated and well-traveled. I enjoy drives in the countryside (particularly in my native Vermont), a romantic dinner, good conversation.

I'm interested in most sports, particularly pro golf and Major League baseball. I play golf. It's good for the soul.

I would like to meet a woman -- perhaps like you? One who is of good humor, and is good-natured, politically astute (and a political liberal), well-educated, articulate, calm, and kind.
