I am an easy going type of guy who likes to laugh and have a good time. I have a 5 year old son who means the world to me. He is my mini-me. :)

I love to play soccer and tennis. I'm so anxious to get my son into playing soccer....that is if he loves it like I did when I was little. It is so great for kids. I also love movies, boating,skiing, fishing (pretty much anything in the water!), traveling, weekend trips, bike riding, hiking, spending time with friends/family...etc.

I love sports, especially football. Favorite teams: Packers and Steelers. Favorite player: Brett Favre. Least favorite teams: Vikings, Bears, and Patriots. Makes this season a tad confusing. lol

I'd like to meet someone who is fun to be around, at least has some similar interests as mine, and is someone who tends to have a good time no matter what she is doing. Of course if she and I discovered that we have that certain "chemistry" together...well that's always a plus! I'm relatively new to the area (moved from CA 3 years ago).

I guess the standard "dinner and a movie" response doesn't cut it anymore? Ok, then how about movie and then a dinner? Lunch and then a movie? Seriously though, as much as I adore movies, it's probably not the best way to get to know someone, since you aren't even talking to each other for 2 hours. Maybe a better idea is something where we have more of a chance to get to know each other. I do like trying out new and interesting restaurants. I'm not a bar type of guy though. Been-there-done-that in my 20s/early 30s. Bores me now. Surely there are more interesting things to do. I do enjoy trying out new restaurants and (trying) to cook something new at home. (Yes, I am slowly learning!) I want to take a cooking class. Seems like that would be fun (and good for me being a single Dad) Anyone know where you can do that?
