I am a country girl at heart who left the city to begin a new career a few years ago and fulfil my childhood dream to work with horses. I am enjoying it but still aspire to more achievements in my career. The man of my "realities" would have his own, be strong, confident but gentle; have respect for animals and care about the happiness of others as well as himself. I care about my health and love lots of activities, especially outdoors. I love to laugh, listen, enjoy friends and keep a tidy home, have pets but I am not a smoker and only occasionally have a social drink with friends.

Please tell me about your interests and if you are looking for a friendship that could eventually grow into a long term love. I would love to date but I'm not into casual affairs, lets be clear on that.

Just wanted to add that I recently started taking some basic Swing Dancing lessons. It's a lot of fun.

Here it is September 29th, 2009 and I'm still here swimming in the big ocean. Why did ever teach myself to swim when I was 11. I didn't think I'd be this long in the oean.

I feel that I must update some of the information on my profile. On September 2, 2009, while training an unruly horse I got kicked in the face. I was in the hospital for 5 days, waiting to be operated on. Operation was on September 4th and I was released on September 5. I got my mouth elastic shut on September 7th.

Just so everyone knows I did not seriously ruin the look of my face BUT I did loose two of my teeth beside my two front teeth, so I cry everyday for loosing that smile I was so proud of. I am thinking of getting implants. They are very expensive and I really can't afford them but lucky for me, two of my children can help out and hopefully the owner of the horse that kicked me will be able to add som $$$ in there too. BUT it will take me a year before I have that smile back. :-(..

I will keep everyone posted on the progress of my injuries. Elastics are coming off on Friday. hahahahaha The surgeon will be surprised when I get there and they all broke off. lol If all stays stable the braces will be removed by Oct. 23, 2009. I can't wait as they are very painful in my mouth. Nasty things!!!!

I went Swing Dancing because it's something I truly enjoy doing. I was taking the lesson (I'm getting pretty good at it) and one of the guys that I was dancing with accidently elbowed me in the face and dislocated my nose. I managed to get it back in place as I was not interested in making another visit to the hospital.

I think we should meet in a public place either a coffee shop or a restaurant before having a first date.
