I am hard working professional person in the sales of computer systems and high end automated homes. I moved to Alaska August 2008. I have worked for IBM, Xerox, HP as well as small companies. I grew up in Montana and have lived in Southern California for 30 years. I have an excellent education (Ivy League) and enjoy conversation, current events and world issues. My degree is in economics. I was married out of college for 30 years, 10 to my first wife, and 20 to my second wife and have no children. Looks like I am moving directly to grandparent! ? I enjoy making people laugh and can be entertaining in social settings. I can attend black tie events, but be just as comfortable in my shorts at a local pub or muddy in the garden pulling weeds. I enjoy my hobbies of tropical fish and cooking and love to get out to ski, fish or travel in general. My work has given me the opportunity to much of the US. I used to be a semi-professional classical singer and am trying to get back into that again as I was very much of a musician in my youth. In general, I am affectionate, loving, willing to give and take in a relationship, eager to try new things, and recognize that communication is the key to success in any relationship and a commitment to being open and honest to keep it working.

I have found the local coffee houses work best for a first meeting. I am not sure what people do otherwise in Anchorage.. Now that I have been here for awhile, I like Simon and Seaforts happy hour! I am game for your best place too.
