About me...hmmm...there is just so much to tell. lol. I am a quite unique and amusing individual that will make most people chuckle,pee their pants or spew milk from their nose at one time or another. .I am a vertically challenged brownish blonde, blue eyed, 100% Italian princess who absolutely loves to cook (and pretty good at it too). Um yea well the princess thing was a joke. As you can see I am mildly sarcastic (in a good way, or at least I think so) and will try and make the people that I am with crack a smile whether its with me or at me. I am very affectionate, caring, giving, generous,trustworthy, loyal, energetic, outspoken, honest (that one gets me in trouble sometimes since I really don't have a filter). I tend to anything for my family and friends and the people that are important to me.

I absolutely love my job...I am a staff trainer by profession, so that means that I am definately an extrovert (hopefully I won't have to give you Webster's definition of an extrovert). Oh yea, and that would not be the type of trainer that you see in the gym...just for clarification purposes. I am certified professional coach and opened my own business in May providing coaching & consulting services for individuals and corporations. Leaping into this additional profession has taught me so much about myself and how I deal and communicate with others. I wouldn't trade it for the world!
