I'm often described as articulate, eloquent and reliable. But I'm also silly, original and fun. I'm confident, respectful, and ambitious. I know who I am and what I want - both personally and professionally.

I have a peculiar sense of humour (I'm told it's "cryptic"), stemming from strong wit and even greater portion of sarcasm. If you think I'm being mean, it just means you didn't understand my joke... : \

I'm extremely forthcoming and the expression "wears his heart on his sleeve" is an understatement. When I decide to commit, I'm in with both feet; you will know exactly how I feel. My parents are coming up to 35 extremely successful and happy years of marriage, so I'm certainly grounded well and know what a healthy relationship looks like!

I grew up in a small town, but I've been in Toronto for over three years and this is my city now. I'm an extremely active member of the community, always looking for the most significant ways to make a difference.

I have an insatiable desire to learn and grow. I seek out opportunities and people that will stretch me beyond comfort and challenge me to try new things, new ways, new thinking.

I wear a suit well (and often need to for client meetings), but I much rather wear a t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops.

I try to make the time to work-out and/or run every day and I have been successful with it.

I don't waste my time. In all aspects of my life I appreciate the principle of diminishing returns; you'll find me doing things with the greatest utility or potential for significance.



So yes, I'm looking for a lot; keeping up with me just isn't good enough. I want a woman that will challenge me - out run me, out debate me, motivate me to improve even more! I do not want a woman that I can talk to; I want a woman that I can talk with. Subtle, but extremely significant!

I once read that "Falling in love may take a while for you because of your selective nature: You are the type of person who may pass by several 'quality candidates' until you feel you have found the ideal mate." Bingo! I meet people all the time - most of them are quite nice - but it's exceptionally rare for me to meet someone that I feel a connection with and see potential for anything more than friends.

I have no expectations for this site. I'm going to continue to live my life, doing the great things I'm doing and when the time's right everything else will fall into place as it's meant to. However, if this helps improve the likelihood of me meeting someone neat sooner, then all the better!

- I floss regularly, always cover my mouth when I yawn, and wash behind my ears!
- Achieved my shodan in jiu jitsu (1st degree black belt)
- Graduated with a software engineering degree, but I'm not one for software development and I don't practice engineering
- Love Shiraz - particularly Australian, but very open to trying more and more
- I have a few very close friends (one of which is my mother)
- I always tell the truth - so if you ask, you will get an honest answer!

Oh, and if you agree with Myers-Briggs personality types, I'm an ENTP (Extraversion, iNtuition, Thinking, Perception). I'm not really one for typecasting people, but there's not a single word in their definition that I could disagree with!
