I do have a picture that is available upon request. There are many reasons why I don't have it posted and probably none of them are the reason you think.
I like to work out almost daily and do a lot of active outdoor things. I'm not looking for perfection but not a couch potato either.
I'm a part-time writer so I will occasionally get a glazed over look in my eyes and then furiously transcribe my thoughts to any little piece of paper I can find. I'm not necessarily looking for someone who is also a writer but you must definitely be accepting of the process.
I like having in-depth meaningful conversations. I like "knowing" who a person is and I've often been told that I'm too open about things. I want someone that can hold their own in a conversation and understand where I'm coming from.
I love watching movies. It is the next best thing to reading a good book. I'm addicted to horror flicks and love action films. When I go to the movie theatre, if I miss out on the previews, I feel let down.
I like to hike and go to the Rockies often. I like making my way to the top of a mountain and knowing that the majority of the world's population will never be there in their entire lives.
I'm sometimes shy at first but then I can be flirty. I usually hate making the first move and will often just check out profiles on here that I find interesting but don't email them because I feel awkward.
I'm not a high-maintenance kind of girl. I like being casual and laid back. I like nice things but I'm not materialistic or competitive (i.e. keeping up with what everyone else has).
While I think being attracted to someone's physical appearance is part of the equation, I also think it equally important to be attracted to their intelligence, sense of humor and personality. It is a whole package.
