I need to mention that my true age is 41. I created my profile under age 38 because I think it will give me greater exposure in searches...I'm not trying to be deceitful. I'm straight-forward, no-nonsense, and I enjoy simple things; I'm not high maintenance. Any baggage I have is minimal (Everyone has some)...I have no children, and I have never been married. However, I have been in several committed relationships, including one that lasted for 10 years. In 2002, I moved to the Melbourne area after living in San Diego, California for 15 years.

A clever, witty sense of humor (As in Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, Joel McHale) is hugely attractive to me...And I love dogs and good conversation. I greatly prefer tobacco-free, college-educated, caucasian men who are no older than their early forties. However, these are not requirements that are set in stone...Exceptions are possible.

I do not associate with recreational drug users...And I'm not interested in casual/no strings attached sex, so please do not contact me if sex is your only true goal...Trust me, you'll only be wasting your time. I'm also not interested in anyone with unresolved substance issues. I definitely enjoy having a few drinks myself when I go out; however, I'm not cool with drug or alcohol abuse, and it will become a point of contention.

Ultimately, I'm seeking just one special guy with whom I can build a relationship. However, the extreme scarcity of my type of guy in the Brevard county area has caused my search to be quite challenging...It is for this reason that I am single. I make this statement because I've often been asked about why I'm not "taken"...As if there is something wrong with me.
