They say life begins at 50! Well my first 50 years were pretty darn good so I'm very anxious to find out if it's really true that "THE BEST IS YET TO COME". I was married to a great guy for 20 years but sadly he passed away 10 years ago. Being widowed at 40 years old was pretty tough. It was kinda scary to be single again. Dating was so much easier when we were teenagers, don't you think? I gave myself plenty of time to grieve and to heal. I wasn't about to jump into a rebound relationship. Over the years I dated a few very nice guys but I just wasn't feeling the excitement and passion that I wanted so badly to feel again. I never gave up hope. I knew that my special guy was out there somewhere and when we met, I would know right away that he was "THE ONE". Maybe it would be a certain twinkle in his eye, a soft brush of his lips on mine or feeling so warm and safe cuddled in his big, strong arms, I would know.

I'm an attractive 5'8" blonde with blue eyes that will melt you. I take great pride in my appearance. I'm a very feminine, classy, silk and lace type of woman. Don't get me wrong, I can be just as comfortable in jeans and boots as I am in an elegant silk dress and pearls. I'm very down to earth, I love life and live each day to it's fullest. If life deals me lemons, I make lemonade. Wonderful words to live by:

Now for the hard part! Trying to describe to men what is meant by a Few Extra Pounds or Big/Tall BBW body type. Am I an Amazon? GOD NO!! Am I this fat, obese, sloppy looking, woman who has just let herself go and you wouldn't be caught dead with? DEFINITELY NOT!! Am I this woman who doesn't care what she looks like in clothes and walks around in baggy sweatpants, sweatshirts and sneakers? NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS!!

Now on the other hand! Am I an attractive, tall, blonde BBW (Big Beautiful Woman)? YOU BET YOUR LIFE I AM!! Yes, I do have some extra meat on my bones but I assure you that it is USDA Prime Choice meat!! I carry my weight very well and it is evenly distributed. Lots of curves and hills and valleys. I am a very feminine, classy lady I wear beautiful, very stylish clothes. I enjoy pampering myself by getting a french manicure and a pedicure every two weeks. I love being a woman!! I wear just the right amount of perfume, everyone is always asking me "What is that fragrance you're wearing"? You will find me shopping at Victoria Secret but never at Old Navy! You will definitely be proud to be seen walking with me holding your hand. I am very affectionate, love to cuddle. I am a woman who believes in true romance. I want a man who will sweep me off my feet.

For a first meeting, I would like to meet for drinks or coffee at a nice public place for some relaxing conversation to see if we feel any connection or chemistry for each other. We decide to take a ride up to the seacoast because I love the ocean and think it is the most romantic place to be at sunset. We have a romantic, candlelight dinner at a restaurant right by the ocean shore. After dinner we take off our shoes and walk barefoot along the water's edge, holding hands,laughing, talking and getting to know each other. Losing all track of time. Watching the sunrise together. The end of a perfect date, the beginning of a wonderful relationship.
