Hi there, thanks for stopping by!

It can be pretty difficult to come up with stuff to fill this space. So, my first thought was to do a little research and see what all the amazing women on this site are looking for. Thus, allowing me to script the perfect About Me! It’s wasn’t that difficult to pick out the common themes that most are looking for, I was so excited! Must be funny, must like the outdoors, must love dogs, likes to travel, no games, honest, be a “real man”, no baggage, no sex talk, no pictures of yourself with your shirt off in the mirror (Lol!). Wow, those seem to be pretty easy expectations to meet, I'm set! In order to make sure, I thought I would scope out the “competition” to see what their profiles were like. Uh-oh, are there ever a ton of guys on this site that seem to meet the same criteria! I guess they don't call it POF for nothing!

Well instead of making up a bunch of things that "I like to do” in an attempt to cast a net over the broadest range of fish, I’ve decided to be honest with myself and search deep, deep inside and come up with things that best describe me and what I like to do. This has been about as much fun as using the public transit system in Edmonton. Which is why I never want to have to do it again, ever (unless it’s to an Oliers or Eskies game)! So here it goes:

I am not in any remote way Mr. Perfect, I think a saw him flexing in the mirror a few profiles back. He had nice abs, seriously, and a sweet camera phone! Am I Mr. Right? Of course I am, for someone! Just like you’re Mrs. Right, no matter what, for someone! You know what the next question is, so, we need to take the next step to find out!

I love my job and have been at it for the past nine years. It’s a 9-5’er which is great for planning trips, family and friend time. However, I never talk about work at home. You know how it goes; the first rule of fight club is.... Besides, if I talked about it, someone would have to kill me. Yes, I like to pretend it’s that top secret!

I love listening to all different types of music and have been recently listening to a bunch of Bob Marley. Some of the best tunes to listen to while you’re chillin’ outside on the patio with a few fiends and drinks! I love the song “Could You Be Loved?” Could you be, could you be, could you be? Yes Bob! Yes I can! Great inspirational tune for us single types. I also started listening to some of Mike Oldfield’s stuff. Cochise has some pretty cool guitar riffs and there is always the spectacular Tubular Bells! I would love to be musically talented like that, unfortunately I am not. Also, I am a terrible dancer, but I would be up for taking lessons and trying not to trip all over you on the dance floor! Lol! I am always up for trying out new stuff and would love to hear any suggestions! I think some guitar lessons might be in order! I think it would be sweet to be able to sit around the fire pit and strum some tunes.

I love sports and USED to be very athletic! Lol! It came to an end when I realized that playing soccer and badminton in Canada for the rest of my life was not going to pay the bills! I wish I had figured that out before I had wasted a few years at College just to play those two sports! I should have actually studied! Ha! You know what they say about hindsight though. So, I have learned my lesson that being a professional athlete is not going to work out for me and it is time to focus on the career! However, I still love to get out and try any sport, just for the fun of it. Except for cricket and rugby, I have no idea how to play those, nor do I have any idea what’s going on when I watch them. Also, I hate, HATE, going to the gym and always have. However, I do admire those that enjoy it. I also cannot stand running, at least not without a ball in front of me! However, I would go to the gym or go running out of necessity, kind of like eating brussels sprouts!

I guess that’s enough about me for now, but, there is much, much more (i.e. camping, travelling, loving dogs, no baggage, hating head games, oh wait a sec ...) but, this is long enough! So, how about what am I looking for?

Well, I am only looking for one Mrs. Right, not several Mrs. at a time! This would include someone that is looking to start out as friends and who enjoys a good conversation. Also, someone that values communication as a key part of a relationship and is not afraid to say anything. ‘Cause let’s face it, I am guy, and I need to be told things and what you are thinking! Lol! The only thing that I am good a guessing at is .... well not much really!
