Get comfy, relax, and enjoy the visit. :) After reading my profile, if you think you fit the description and want to connect, you know what to do. :) I am interested in meeting a man who is fun to be with, flexible (able and willing to compromise rather than being stubborn), trustworthy (your conduct and words are in sync), and has a receptive and open heart (you are emotionally available). My main interest at this point is dating, getting to know the person, and sharing fun outings and social activities together that we both enjoy, whether it's outdoor activities, social functions or simply laughing together in moments of silly fun and letting things develop at their own pace.

I'm not looking for a gazillionaire, your material possessions or someone who looks like Mr. Universe. :) However, it's appreciated that you be financially OK. Ahhem, let's see, how do I put this: you have not gone underground hiding from creditors, debt to the IRS and/or the mob, and Vito and Guido aren't hunting you down to break your kneecaps. :) I also prefer a man who is older than I am, as I feel more comfortable with that. Hey, I even know music from the 50s and 60s. :) However, I am also open to dating a man who is a little bit younger than I am. Age doesn't define the man; it's his character that counts, and as the saying goes, good character means doing the right thing even if no one is looking.

As regards me, I am independent in a healthy way, meaning that I believe it's important to retain one's individuality and interests and have personal time apart, but also for a man and a woman to have a supportive and loving connection with each other. I am sincere, grounded, direct (can you tell? :)) yet tactful, and have been told that I'm a good conversationalist. I am considerate (but not a pushover), I don't take a person for granted, and I believe that showing deserved appreciation is important.

My interests are varied and I like flexibility, so I can do the "red carpet" glamour look as well as no-frills camping girl, or stay in cooking together, watching a good movie and enjoying each other's company. I'm playful, joyful, and have a sparkly personality (as opposed to that of a pet rock. :)) I can be serious or downright silly and often we might end up rolling with laughter, depending on what the circumstance is. I have a balanced life that I enjoy, including volunteer work in my community, and I like to have fun, all while following the golden rule.
