Single 47 yr living in Ocean Beach looking to meet open minded, uninhibited (not a sexual reference rather how you see life but, the sexual thing works too). My interest include surfing, sailing, the obligatory walks on the beach (I live on Dog Beach my dog and I walk it daily). I am recently returned from Iraq (Mar 10,08). Secure emotionally and financially. I love living in this community and all it has to offer. I think living and investing here makes a statement. I have bad habits some I am going to work on others, I am going to embrace, I smoke the evil weed I don't plan on giving it up either. (If that's a deal breaker we weren't going to work anyway), don't drink much but not above a shot of Cabo Loco (tequila of the gods) and a beer. I stated no to the drug question if you want to call pot a drug (that's your issue) I rather do that than drink. I am just me open, honest, and easy going.
Professionally I am a photo journalist for a corporate media group both broadcast and print. I've been with them 25 years spending 23 years assigned to the foreign desk meaning I spent at least 9 months a year out of the country. That chapter is over and I am home to stay, and can devote the time and energy it takes to create a successful relationship. I hate the LTR just prefer to call it "life partner"
In my attempt to be up front and honest about myself (what was I thinking), I stated I enjoy partaking in a little pot. Unfortunately this seemed to inspire a number of people to send me UGLY emails. Apparently I gave the impression that I walk around all day with a bong in one hand and a bag of weed in the other staggering from bar to bar slamming shots of tequila. That's not the way it is, I work in an intense environment and when given the opportunity to relax and enjoy myself I don't see the harm. Even the bible says there's a time for everything. I find it amusing that those who proclaim Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior (you know the ones that show the most cleavage, most flesh, and have that shot reclining on a bed with that silly come hither look on their face in their profiles. As if) to get a grip and get over it. If you don't like it don't look. To quote that famous intellectual and philosopher "I yam what I yam and that's all that I yam" (Popeye 1939)

It could be anything other than sky diving or bunggie jumping (maybe later) that would give an opportunity to see if the chemistry is there
