This is the hard part - to put out there a statement about oneself and about why one is here, and therefore, let's face it about the meaning and value of love, its pursuit and its realization and what that brings or one hopes it brings - and not!

Lively and often spontaneous with a love for life and people and for understanding what makes them "tick"; I have many interests and am open to more. An empathic listener and nurturer, I am seeking a lady with worldliness, humor, and the capacity and desire for love and loving - and for personal and mutual growth and understanding; someone who wears her life experience well and proudly - the good and the bad; who sees and appreciates life's ups and downs, and is undaunted. She has won and lost and regrets nothing, having gained wisdom and balance. She is spontaneous, yet thoughtful, always near or in the moment, knows who she is and what she "brings to the party" and it is her full share. She has her own life, history, values and goals, and is interested in sharing and intermingling them with a man and, together, creating a real relationship of depth, true sharing,intimacy, growth and dimension. If it needs saying: she must be both present and emotionally available.

I am passionate about many things and have opinions on most.
I am equally knowledgeable, and rarely ignorant - but even then open and curious. Never bored, I rarely find enough time for all the things I like to do. I love to shop for, read about and discuss and cook food with a lady along with wine, music, and candles to light the way. A good film is always a delight, as is the company
of someone to share and discuss it afterwards. Nothing though matches the feeling of waking beside a loved one and watching her sleep as I contemplate the many ways I feel towards her.

Openness - to growth, life's possibilities, and the potential of an intimate connection, are vital to me and essential to any relationship. This includes being "in the moment" in terms of fully participating in and directing ones life in accordance with ones life experience and accumulated wisdom and values - and happily articulating and sharing same on a daily basis.

How about a walk on the Mountain or a park; perhaps the waterfront; a quiet and comfortable place for coffee and conversation.
