I am a very kind and caring woman-a very soulful lady-one who is very passionate and compassionate-seeking someone with similar qualities.

I like a self assured man-but not to the point of being**** or arrogant.I like a man that knows how to treat a lady like a lady-and is a real GENTLE man.
One that understands chivalry is not dead.

I believe in the Golden Rule. I believe in karma-and what goes around, comes around. And one last thing I believe is-that sometimes-you have to let go of the steering wheel-and let the universe drive!

I dislike rude, loud, and obnoxious people.I don't like drama-and feel life is too short for fussing and bickering all the time. I refuse to take part in that type of lifestyle.Don't get me wrong though-I like a good challenge every now and again-just to keep things exciting-lol.

I am spontaneous, and have a good sense of humor. I know what I want-and I know that I will not "settle" for less than what I want or deserve.I'm a tell it like it is kinda gal. I don't like negative or pretentious people. I believe good conversation is the basic foundation to a solid relationship, and MOST any conflict can be resolved thru honest, open, mature conversation.I believe a relationship should be 100%/100%-always.

I genuinely LIKE being with someone that makes me laugh-and think. I especially like PDA's-within reason of course-and feel a real mind/body connection to someone when holding hands.I also like looking deeply into one's eyes-and being able to see to their soul.I'm VERY intuitive. I'm looking for an intelligent man with personal integrity, inner strength and a sense of purpose-along with a compassionate spirit. I will be drawn to a man that believes that a love relationship begins with friendship, a partnership that nourishes us emotionally, spiritually, physically and for me-mentally.My mind has to be touched before any other part of me responds in kind. We would both feel the freedom to be ourselves, whether we were together or apart. We all need space to recharge.

I have a very free spirit-and I'm not looking for someone that wants to stifle that. I also tend to think outside the box-so I need/want someone that understands that-and is not too uptight-lol. I prefer to see the glass as ALWAYS full.I hope to find a heart,mind, body and soul connection.

I'm very opinionated-but will always respectfully listen to another perspective-just don't often change my own opinions once set. I can be stubborn-and don't want/need a man that lets me walk all over him-lol.

What matters most to me is how I live MY life (do unto others), how I treat others, and the positive contribution I can make to others.I am nonjudgemental-it's not MY place to judge! My family comes first in my life-but there's more than enough of me to share with that ONE special man!I am happy with my life-but would like to find one special man to write the final chapters with.
But please-do us both a favor-if you consider children "baggage"-we won't get along, so move on to the next.My children (27,25,17,and 14)have a father (and YES-all the same!!), so I am not looking for someone to fill that position.

I'll read most anything-but tend to like books about life after death (due to my work-perhaps?!) or the metaphysical. Holistic healing interests me as well. I also lean towards true crime. Not much of a romance novel reader though.
Love magazines, and newspapers. The New York Times is one of my favorite daily reads-especially Tuesdays for the Science/medicine section.

I am a water sign-and feel closest to my true spirit, in any way connected to water. I enjoy thunderstorms, as well as the sound of waves crashing onto the beach-morning, noon, or night. A GOOD cup of coffee (ok-yes-I'm an admitted coffee snob-Tanzanian or Sumatra)and a beautiful sunrise is my idea of heaven!
I'm not much of a TV watcher-but when I do-"Dr. G-Medical Examiner",and "Mental" are two favorites, as is the sometimes mindless entertainment of TRU TV-"Speeders", "World's Dumbest Criminals", ect...Always good for giggles and grins.I am also a fan of Criss Angel's, "Mindfreak".
Movies have to grab my attention and be able to hold it-or I get bored and tend to fidget. Favorite all time movies would be "The Notebook",and "Rain Man".

**UPDATE**PLEASE-if you're into head games-or want to tell me what you THINK I want to hear-move on. I really have no interest in someone that likes to talk the talk-but is unable to walk the walk. Been there-done that-and not doing it again. If you're looking for just sex-keep looking.If you're looking for a "friends with benefits" relationship-you're wasting both of our time. I don't have sex with my friends. No, I will not have sex on a first date-not even if you "ask nicely" or tell me how proud you are of the (alleged)size of your penis-lol.I'd like to think I have a little more depth to me than that.I'm certainly not desperate-and have little to no tolerance for fools.I also have too much respect for myself. Picky? Perhaps. It's quality over quantity for me.Sex can be had anywhere-IF-that was all I was looking for.Please be genuine-or avoid me.Really-is that so much to ask??

My #1 deal breaker is-YOU MUST NOT BE MARRIED! That should be a no brainer-but you 'd be surprised. Have enough respect for all involved to finish one relationship before moving on to the next...

I don't describe a first meeting as a "date". It's simply a chance to say hello-put a face to a voice/written word-and a chance to see if there's a "connection". That being said, a quick lunch/dinner date or even meeting for a drink or coffee is a good place to start. Someplace you can talk-and not have to yell to be heard across the table.Intelligent,stimulating conversation is the best, when you're trying to get to know someone. I also like the water-being anywhere near it is very relaxing for me-mind, body and my spirit.
