Allrighty, here's the "just the facts, ma'am" version of my self-profile.

No attempts to be profound, or pretentious. And no claims to be "real" or "down to earth" either (since I'm not sure anyone has any idea what either of those mean when they call themselves that)

Interesting career? Check.

Sarcastic sense of humour? Also check. (though who isn't dripping with sarcasm, these days?)

My passions include, but are not limited to, martial arts (Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, and I was a fan of the UFC before it was cool, man), geeky pursuits such as science fiction (Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek in most incarnations, ect.), random road trips.

Also have a passion for travelling. This year I managed to hit up Montreal, Las Vegas, California, and Vancouver Island. Yeah, I was a busy boy.

Musically, I'm pretty open to most styles other than rap and most country. Love classic rock. Favourite bands include the Trews, Dire Straits, Foo Fighters, Cage the Elephant (but not live).
