Just because I'm taller than you (& your last boyfriend), I can cook, I'm not a competitive macho idiot and I am actually single (unlike some men here) doesn't mean that we are a good match. Just because I avoid all of the standard cliches. Long walks on the beach, cuddling on the couch, loving my friends and family and firmly state that I love to have fun (isn't fun something everyone loves?). Just because I posses the ability to dress up or down appropriately for the occasion, doesn't mean that we will find some mutual attraction. Yes I know, nothing says love like the internet. But then we are both here, aren't we? What does it mean? Easy, it means is that we pique each other's interest. That there is some mutual curiosity and an interest in possibly meeting to see if there is any REAL chemistry. All this is: the chance to introduce yourself to someone you would have never met otherwise. Maybe friends, maybe lovers, maybe for the rest of your life. Or maybe just a pleasant hour with a stranger over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. And maybe you'll find out that my favorite drink is tepid hot dog water, I can't sing but I have a really great speaking voice and I know where the best BBQ in North Austin is. Who knows?
