This Site Is Like A Car Wreck, You Just Keep Looking Anyway....
I am looking for someone who would like to begin as friends...and take things slowly....that's why I chose the "friend" option.
I'm an honest person with morals and values...old fashioned, I know. Have been divorced for a long while, raised 2 great kids and am now looking for the next chapter in my life.
The person I seek is someone who the words character, integrity, values, morals are lived by. The person for me has a good sense of humor (please be able to make me laugh), is the "easygoing" type. His kids are grown or older children. He believes in God, whether he is into organized religion or not. He likes staying home as much as going out. He is emotionally, financially and physically balanced. I'm more interested in quality vs. quantity, and don't see distance as an issue for the right person.
He is here looking for his last relationship, and will take the initiative to meet someone.
I am respectful, and expect same in return. If you see yourself in these words, please write and make a new friend.
Words that describe me are; responsible, caring, reserved (introvert), self learner, goal oriented, witty, easy going, fiscally conservative, somewhat liberal thinker, hard worker, fair, ladylike yet down to earth, organized, optimistic, homebody, common and book sense, loves to laugh, and doesn't like to shop.
fave musicians: Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Tom Petty, James Taylor, 5 for fighting, Gavin degraw, Led Zeppelin (THE greatest rock band) and many more
Some Fave movies;(comedy being my favorite) Forrest Gump, Bridges Of Madison County, RV, A Christmas Story
Fave authors; Ann Tyler, Kristen Hannah, LaVyrle Spencer, Anne Green, Dorothea Frank
I have fun changing out my profile title with song titles......guessing the artist, or suggestions are welcome:)
Before meeting I prefer to get to know someone via phone or email for a bit, to make sure there is enough of a connection to even meet. After that, something casual like coffee, or lunch sounds good to me.
