I'm born and raised Texan but I've decided I'm never leaving Colorado! I was lucky enough to find a good career here back in 2000 and given the opportunity to do the one activity I love more than any other... snowboarding! There's nothing else like it! I also like golf, outdoors, photography, chess. I love my family back home and miss them dearly. One day, after I win the lottery, I'm moving every one of them up here!

I like things that keep my mind curious and striving for more. My mind never stops and sometimes drives me crazy! I'm not one to argue or debate the petty things in life but rather focus on the things that are really important to who we are and how we impact one another. I often find myself thinking of the universe and all the science within. I believe in an intelligent Creator and purpose in this life - not random happenstance that derived from some "no thing" without reason. We are a conscious energy that will never die so there HAS to be reason for existing - I can't wait to see what's on the other side and hope that I've made the right choices in life to lead me to a better place! I'm not religious and believe that everyone has the God given right to choose for themselves. I'm a very "black & white" kind of personality and don't spend much time fiddling around with the gray. If you ask me for my opinion I will give it to you (but I'm not mean I promise! ;o)

I'm not easily offended and rarely get upset. I'm not a wild and crazy club kind of guy (not anymore-those days are over). I'd rather hang out in a chill place with good drinks, good food & good vibes than spend my time bar hopping the crazy streets of downtown. I don't like hustle-n-bustle so if that's your thing, I won't keep up.

Music: Although I enjoy all styles of music, I have to say that electronic is at the top of my list. I love hypnotic beats that calm my soul. There's something about this form of music that really puts me at ease. I also listen to reggae, rock, classical and new age. I do NOT listen to country at all.

Girl I'd like to meet: Genuine, kind, healthy, natural beauty inside and out, no superficiality. Must like snowboarding or skiing!!! I do a LOT of riding in the winter and would love to find a partner who enjoys it just as much. You must have a solid state of mind and some level of emotional stability. Experiencing first hand how negative people can draw every ounce of happiness from one's soul, I have decided to avoid the negative at all costs.

Not interested in having my own kids at this time. I was fortunate to be a stepfather for almost 6 yrs and I love that little girl to death! However, she has moved back to TX with her mom, to be closer to her dad. I'm still a part of her life and always will be - just not full time anymore. =o( Don't get me wrong, kids are awesome but I want to focus on the girl for a while - I want to know that it's right before starting a family of my own.

First date.... something cool and memorable. I'm very low maintenance and expect the same so simplicity is a must. Maybe a low key dinner & drinks somewhere with good music? Or, now that the season is officially OPEN, snowboarding???
