Hi, I'm new to this site. Although I am pretty happy being single again, I would like to eventually find that long-term best friend. I'm a confident person with goals and strong values. Sometimes a bit high-strung, sometimes a little demanding but always willing to go out of my way to help others -- especially family and friends. I'm entrepreneurial and enjoy finding solutions as well as exploring new innovations and ideas. As an extrovert I speak my mind and want the same of those close to me.


Boundaries are like those invisible fences:

1) Choosing not to pick up the phone or return a call/email within a timely fashion, will loose you points. Actually, this is a deal-breaker.

2) I love great Drama as long as it is on the screen, in a theater, or in the neighbor’s front yard.

3) If you know you do not want kids and a family, then this is you giving God the finger.

4) If you have constant depression, dragging others down into the pits of your agony will not make you feel any better. I want a partner, not a cinder-block.

5) If I tell you something “in confidence,” . . . it means you are being granted trust. Trust is sacred! Break that trust and you loose many, Many points! Break it a second time and I will have Mr. Hanzo poo in your shoes. JK, . . . Hanzo will not do that, he’s a sophisticated cat. . . .I'll do it myself.

6) If you always pretend to be nice to people but talk sh*t about them as soon as they are out of ears’ reach, then you really don't want to hear the sh*t I’m going to tell everyone about you.

7) If everything in your life takes precedence over your relationship, . . .get a puppy! It will not b*tch about its place in the pecking order or its level of insignificance. . . .I will. :O)

8) There are people who talk a flurry of impressive pizzazz, but . . .it's your actions that will echo a lifetime.

9) Respect is a traded commodity. I give you some respect, I get some back. I get some back, and I give you some more. You give none back, and you get none.

10) Love is a genetic-level addiction . . .where "selfless giving" is the ultimate high.

11) True intimacy is the trust of your vulnerabilities.
