Hey there! How are you?! I am 29 yrs old... soon to be 30 :( ... moved to "the bucket" from Newport a few months ago after moving back home after college about 8 yrs ago for family reasons. So far, So good...It's certainly not Newport, but it's nice to be out on my own (finally!).

I am a very motivated person and quite the optimist. I will try anything once... maybe even twice depending on what it is!

I am a big Boston sports fan. I love my red sox the most but also enjoy the Bruins and even the Celtics. I have even been known to sit through a few Nascar races. My perspective changed when I went to a race a few years ago in New Hampshire.

I have a very fast paced job which I love but it makes it a little difficult to slow down and switch into weekend mode come Friday afternoon but by Saturday, I am good to go! I usually spend my Saturday mornings outside in Bootcamp with a few trainers at from the gym. I recently became somewhat of a morning person as I have found the mornings are the only times I really have to work out.

The rest of my weekends are spent hanging out with friends at the bar or playing rock band - we really are getting quite good now!

I have a 3 and a half yr old Niece who I absolutely adore. She is the cutest kid around (I'm not biased or anything!) It is great to be able to spend time with her and "give her back" when she gets grouchy! (which is never because Auntie spoils her)

I am beginning my training for the 50 mile MS Challenge walk in Cape Cod that is scheduled to take place this September. This will be my third year doing it. It is one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had!

Anything except the movies - that is so impersonal and impossible to get to know someone that way. I would like to do something different - maybe the zoo? Although I am not opposed to the idea of a first date at a bar or pub - the liquor can help break the ice - although getting drunk on the first date is a turn off.
