| | I've tried this website for a while and met some nice people. After going thru all that I know what would make me happy and what I'd like to have in a life partner. I had the thoughts all along, just not the skill and focus to put it in writing or practice. I still feel sometimes that I'm leaving some important parts out and hope you're able to fill in the blanks, which after all is something that you're ideal partner can do without blinking, right?
I'm above average looking and have an above average build. This doesn't mean I'm a GQ guy, actually i'm quite grounded.
I do believe in good health and leading a good quality lifestyle. I also believe in environmentalism, and not on a bad wagon sort of way, but in a style that promotes minimal garbage and waste.
Some of the qualities that I like in a person are:
Kind. Not Rude. Not overly loud. Witty. Same level of looks. (lets face it we're in our 40's, I'm not expecting perfection.) A person who prefers simpler pleasures like movies, or staying home, or day trips to the beach, or camping, bike riding,garage sales, exploring, etc.
Not materialistic but "classy" with your possessions.
At least partially financially stable and not straddled with debt and irresponsible spending habits. This doesn't mean you have to be a professional, because it's not what you make but what you save.
Passionate about kissing, physical contact, and intimacy on a regular basis.
Life style that is not chaotic. Hopefully you have spare time to spend together.
In regards to you ladies with children, I'm not against children at all, but you have to realize that you need to support the person you're trying to integrate into your life. If you are just trying to fill a void when dad has the kids and you are overly protective and believe you should spend all your time with them please don't consider me as a choice.
Re-Reading this it does sound kind of serious. which isn't what I'm totally about at all, I have a good balance of silly and serious, but after 7 years of dating, I can tell you that I feel it's better with one person in a monogamous, mutually respectful relationship.
I'd like to hear what you think about this if it appeals to you and maybe after we talk you can get a better feel of where I'm coming from. I know this sounds strange but I also believe I'd like to leave it up to you to contact me. Then at least I'd know you believe a little in what I'm trying to say.
