The Heart of the Matter... for me that means that relationships teach us so much- if you let them, they help us to grow & evolve into better beings. If you can accept what happens in them and allow yourself to be generous, forgiving and take responsibility for what YOU contributed- ultimately no relationship will ever be a waste of time, if things don't work the way you expected it to...because at the end of the day LIFE just happens, and it is what it is, and ONLY you can really decide how you want to live your life and who you want to be a part of it.

At the moment I'm extremely busy working 2 careers-both which I love. Taking a chance to do what your passionate about and following your heart to have self expression makes life really amazing. I've always enjoyed playing sports and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I make a real effort to be there for my close friends and family. Thus, being passionate and free is how I strive to live my life. When I'm with someone, I try to be present and just live in the moment. I'm extremely loyal and when I fall, I fall hard, but that's the best way- there is no inbetween when it comes to love- you either love with your all or you don't love at all. It took me years of just struggling and not being happy to really GET that LIFE is right now, not tommorow or someday. However, I'm a work in progress and I constantly remind myself to be grateful for today and everything I'm blessed with.

I'm hoping to meet someone that is intelligent, has a zest for life, confident, athletic, ambitious, has a killer sense of humour, generous with time, money and love for important people, energetic, affectionate, humble, and isn't afraid to be real or authentic. I gotta say the classic coffee date, or quick drink after work is the way to go when first meeting someone. However, if I like YOU and YOU dig moi, these would be some of my absolute ideal ways to go on a first date: play a game of basketball (or even tennis), go for a walk along the seawall or Kits Beach, go to an amusement park (although roller coasters are only prefered at the park, and not so much in the actual relationship! LOL), and having a great conversation at a wine bar or restaurant.
