I give up. I don't care anymore. It seems that all of the 'women' around here are only interested in 'ripped' guys, 'military' guys, 'a$$holes', 'jocks', 'much younger men' or 'idiots'. I don't know what the women around here are looking for... but it is clearly not me. The very few 'women' that indicated any interests in me have been ladies that are much older than me, greatly over weight (Looks like they weigh more than I do), or have 4+ kids... and we'd have nothing in common.

Sometimes I'm a bit shy at first, but I tend to be a bit on the sarcastic and occasionally crazy side. Ok, sometimes I’m just plain nuts! (What can I say, I like to have fun when I get going!) Most of the time I have a level head on my shoulders. (I took a level and made sure that my head was level. I had to bang my head a few times to make it level.) I'm up for anything at least once... within reason! ;) (I won't jump off a cliff just because someone says so! Actually, I have jumped off a cliff before... but that's a tale for another time.)

Ahem... I'm an old-fashioned gentleman at heart. There are times when I am just too honest for my own good. I love to go out and do things, but there are also plenty of times when hanging out at home is all the excitement I need. I enjoy doing a wide variety of things from listening to live music and chatting with friends to hiking, camping, working out at the gym to watching movies, reading books and playing board games. I enjoy all sorts of music from classical, opera, to gothic, and metal.

I am a bit of a movie geek. I love to watch movies in the theaters and at home. I enjoy all sorts of movies from Action, Drama, Thrillers, Anime, Foreign, Horror to even Romantic Comedies and Tear-jerkers. (Don't tell anyone about that last part, I gotta protect my manly image after all... Oh wait... this IS the Internet...)

I'm looking for someone that I can have a good time with. I'm looking for someone who can have an intellectual conversation. Someone who enjoys going out for an evening, but is equally content sitting at home and watching a movie.
