PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: ONLY HAPPY PEOPLE NEED TO APPLY! Just thought that I would give this one more try. About myself... I am 6'-3" about 225lbs. Very athletic, I have Brown hair and eyes. I have been divorced for 6 years now, NO CHILDREN (Always wanted to have a family though) I TRY TO REMAIN DRAMA FREE:) Up until eight months ago, I worked as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry and have traveled a lot... This alone HAS really played havoc on any possibility of a meaningful relationship, IN THIS CASE A LACK OF ONE, as you can imagine. I plan of building my own apartments to sell. NO BULLsh*tOR DRAMA PLEASE... I have become very hesitant but, am still somewhat optimistic. If at all interested, please e-mail and I will gladly answer any questions that you have.

I would very much like to meet someone who is confident, honest, and trustworthy that has a dislike of drama. I think that it would be great to find someone that just wants to take life and a relationship to a level of full enjoyable happiness, where integrity, fun and the prospect of family is foremost.

I have met some really good people on this site and have gotten real friendship in return. I am not into head games or scams and I try not to date anyone that I meet in a bar. This, I hope you agree usually ends up in disaster.

MOST IMPORTANT: LADIES, FROM RECENT LESSONS THAT I LEARNED FROM A SPECIAL SOMEONE THAT CONTACTED ME FROM HERE...YES,,, I FELL FOR HER...

1. Please, do not tell me that you are on the back side of a divorce when in fact you are not... We are supposed to be ADULTS HERE and represent the facts as they are... As an ADULT/and a PARENT (If applicable) one should know exactly what their legal status is, differences between the first stage and 2nd of a divorce, especially if children are involved... I would like the chance to make my own informed decision on whether to pursue the make and type of relationship that we might have together... and I want to know why you wish to have my company, friendship, qualities and positive standing in your life??? I would rather not make the same mistake of the reciprocation of my feelings towards a relationship if you have no idea what you have with my acquaintance.

2. I do not mind drama if an individual shows up in the batters box and wishes to pursue a caring relationship. But, when that person takes advantage of my big heart and throws out the "L" word, says that your their best friend and wants to have children... LOVE, you see is a big word, AND guys like me take it VERY SERIOUS!!! Well, that just hurts and blows future TRUST and RESPECT out of the water if you don't mean it and respect me. In further explanation, like many of you that have looked long and hard to find a special someone on here, it makes a person put back on the armor and is NOT fair to the next somebody that could truly mean well...

3. As mentioned above, I do have a big heart and love and get along with kids, hell, I'm just a big kid myself. I have always been very honest, especially about my wish to have a family and the idea of building a future with a special someone. But LADIES for God's sake...Please don't ask of me in a relationship, as a friend or especially as a lover to get to know your children, unless, you are just as genuine as I... This plays with feelings that are genuinely real and really hurts both me and kids when you do stupid S#!t... Also,,,the above mentioned guideline is solely listed here in regard with a babysitting episode...I fully understand the difficulties that a single mother has in todays world... I admire and am amazed at what you all have to go through, especially those of you with fathers of your children don't give a rip...But,I can't relay the hurt and disappointment when a guy who is told something the he takes as the truth, does a favor by gladly babysitting with the aspect of a future and the child's well being in mind...My example: Then through no fault of his own is totally cut loose for greener pastures or what ever the reason. That is just S#!tty!!! and leaves a lot of valid unanswered questions about parenting skills... Not to mention the fact that this person in reference then informed me of a pending summons in her child custody hearing... That's just wrong on so many levels and will not be repeated!!

4. Although, I am sincerely trying to understand women especially when great chemistry is involved... But one of you has to explain this to me... I know (personally)a lot of ladies constantly complain that they can't find a good guy... My own polls suggest that 49% like the drama, being treated poorly... I mean they all go back to the really s#!t heels... and the other 50% just complain, are superficial, and think the grass is always greener somewhere else... Geez... do all of you want to be on Dr. Phil? Is that the goal? I hope someone, that 1% out there can change my perspective and throw a bone... Or I'm just gonna go to eastern Europe or Russia to get some answers...

Personally, I like to go hear bands AND ANY SPORTING EVENT IS AWESOME. I am quite the chef in which if you can name it, I can make it. Dinner and Movies are always good. But, I am very flexible and like most anything.
