My good qualities
-I'm a happy person, I see the cup as half full. Life isn't bad until you live in a cardboard box under the bridge and it's raining outside.
-I like to get out and do stuff, so I feel like I've accomplished something
-I try to eat right and stay active so I set a good example for my kids
Okay this is harder than I thought........
What I look for in people
-people that can admit when they are wrong and say sorry
-people that are happy with what they have instead of complaining about what they don't have
-people that have their poop in a pile, stop blaming everyone else for the way your life turned out
-people that smile, usually means they are happy
-people that are true to themselves
I have a great family and lots of great friends, I don't need a man in my life, I just want one. Someone that knows the difference between want and need is a wonderful thing. I don't want someone that comes in and saves the day, I want someone that stands beside me and says "good job".
I want to rant about two things that irritate me about the stigma of a divorced woman with children. I put I'm single even though I'm divorced, I am still friends with my ex husband, I don't hate the guy our relationship just didn't work. I have 2 kids and they aren't baggage. Second, I have my financial poop in a pile and I'm not financially dependent on someone else. We aren't all gold-diggers or looking for a daddy for our kids. I just want to be in love and happy, just like you...
