I enjoy an intelligent conversation with a woman, where we can build a connection of understanding. I figure there is a decent woman somewhere out there that will understand what I am saying and "Get It". With that being said, If you "Get It", let me know. She is sitting at home alone or with her children, grandchildren or taking care of her parents. She is tired after a days work and not in the bars anymore and is looking for a man like me. Like me, she grew out of the Happy Hour meeting friends and going out EVERY Friday AND Saturday. We left that with the people in the 20s, 30 and 40s. We have now have evolved as adults and enjoy the simple things in life like being HOME. I call it a mindset. I just enjoy home with someone special.

I am an intelligent Southern Man that comes from a nice and respectable family.
I am a cerebral man and would like to find a woman who would enjoy being in a relationship with a man who is pretty well rounded, that includes being a little crazy at times; Jimmy Buffet said, "If we weren't all crazy, we would all go insane"
I don't generally go to bars and that makes it difficult for me to meet women; besides that, when I do go out it is full of folks my kids ages in their 20s and 30s. When I do go to a bar, I ask myself what in hell am I doing here? I would much rather have a nice meal in a favorite restuarant with someone special to me.
You will find me in jeans and boots in the Winter and shorts and slaps in the Summer. I do own Sports Coats and Suits should the occasion arise but, I prefer casual. I wear a 42 regular jacket, 17.5 shirt, 33/32 pants and 11 shoes (just in case you are making a Christmas list).

I owned Motorcycles when I was a teenager. I am not going through a midlife identity crisis and not interested in owning a Harley. I don't find tattoos attractive nor sexy.

I love to grill beef, chicken, pork, fish and fresh vegetables on my Weber grill (Weber grills are the Best). I smoke delectable meats in my smoker and drink a few ice cold beers.
I am a great cook but, hate to do the dishes.
I like to dine. My favorite places are La Napolera, Carrabbas, The Pig and The Tree. I enjoy going to the beach and putting a pole in the water not caring whether I catch anything or not, enjoying the warmth of the sun and sound of the waves and the salt air. When I am done for the day, I enjoy driving my truck very slowly up the beach for miles headed toward home absorbing the last of the day.
I enjoy the Theater and the Cinema. Love B/W movies.
I have traveled extensively on my own money; United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Canada,Gand Cayman, Aruba, Jamacia and most of the 50 states, including Alaska.
I invented an arthritis drug in 1994, had my 15 minutes of fame and I pretty much retired at 40 and spent ALL my retirement money on traveling the World. Lived a life of luxury and found out that money is not the key to happiness. But, it was one helluva ride. I am so glad that I was blessed with the opportunity to experience the things I have done, (both good and bad) as I have lost so many friends and relatives to early deaths. They worked their butts off all their lives and never got to reap the rewards of their hard work.
I blew a lot of my fortune on exes (high maintenance women), so, needless to say, I am NOT into "DRAMA QUEENS". I have owned the Homes on the water, the new Porches and Mercedes. I now drive my 97 Explorer that I bought new that my son almost totaled, caused me to be sued for $450k (thank God for Umbrella Policies), my daughter blew the engine in but, I love my old truck. Having probably "been there, done that and got the T-shirt", I'm over materialistic things and have learned that simplicity is elegance. Hence, I am just a struggling working stiff that will work until I am an old man and enjoy doing so working on my 3rd career and preparing for 66 yrs. and 4 months(Remember, I already retired once for 18 years). Funny thing that I realized when I was jet seting around the World a few times in charted planes was that all my friends were in their 70s because everyone my age in their 40s at that time were at work. Looking back, I don't regret a thing because the thieves on Wall Street would have stole 1/2 or more of everything if I had it in the market. Remember when you lose money on a stock or your 401K which contains lots of stocks, someone on the other side of the transaction made money on your loss. They are called Short sellers and Options Traders. That is why it is called a market. In a market there are "Buyers" and "Sellers". So, if you are looking for a rich guy, you are a few years too late...lol. My mother is 87 and has all her own nice teeth. She said, "you did it backwards Son. You retired and then went back to work." I said, "I know Mama, ain't it cool?"

Lets talk to see if we like each other first...lol; then, we can decide together or I can surprise you or us both. I am a meat and potato kind of guy.

Yes, I have an agenda. I am looking for a long term monogamous prospect. I know what I like as I am sure you do too. It is like finding that proverbial "Needle in The Haystack" I'm a 4 percent kind of guy. Hence, I have about a 4 percent chance of meeting "The One". Its a long shot bet but, I am an optimist and await your introduction.
