So I just realized that the old version of my profile was from like 2 years ago. A lot has changed since then, so heres an update as of 10/9/09.

Since we all have the cookiecutter stuff it asks for...

1. Hobbies - I love to laugh and have fun. My favorite thing is to just talk with friends and get into those big hilarious discussions that just make everyone laugh. A few drinks, a good movie or something funny happening to someone recently are perfect catalysts for a good conversation. And I love to talk. So yeah... If you like the strong silent type thats not me. I have a puppy i like to take outside and play with and he even sleeps with me. Tip! Watch your puppy when its young because they're bedwetters. It wasnt me I swear! Truth be told though, I'm first and foremost a nerd as far as daily hobbies go. No, that doesn't mean I'm a basement dwelling weirdo. I like to play videogames. RPGs and shooters are my mainstays. I'm sure at least someone reading this has, or know someone who has been a World of Warcraft Widow/ex-girlfriend. If I intended on neglecting someone for a videogame I wouldn't be on a dating site wasting my time here. I would go to the club for a piece of meat. That's just not my thing. Videogames are a hobby, not a life. I also play dungeons and dragons. No I don't dress up in a wizards robe or talk in a cheesy British accent when I play. I read from time to time although not so much anymore since I haven't found anything all too interesting recently so if you have suggestions let me know!

2. Goals and Aspirations - As far as an overall life goal, I'd like to find someone to love, be happy, and have a family with. My ideal career would be something that doesn't keep me away from my family for too much time. As far as career goals go.. I'm slowly but surely making my way to earning a degree most likely in Japanese. I love learning languages and I'm a nerd and most nerdy fun stuff comes from Japan.If you have any other language you speak I'll be glad to learn! Maybe one day I'll go there. But only time will tell.

3. What Makes Me Unique - ...Well that's kind of a loaded question. I guess my DNA? Nobody is entirely unique so you just have to be yourself. I personally believe in honesty. I don't like people who try to make everyone else happy all the time because it's not possible without lying. I'm also confrontational. Not in the "I want to smash your face in" kind of way. I just speak and debate about things that I feel are necessary to talk about. A quote for thought : "Mental Floss prevents Moral Decay; Be who you are and say what you feel. Those who mind dont matter, and those that matter dont mind." -- Dr. Seuss. I feel like my profile is sort of stuffy. I'm a very lighthearted person and I only take serious things seriously. Maybe I'm just taking this whole dating site thing too seriously. And as far as music goes... I listen to what sounds good but it's not a major facet of my life so it's not worth talking about unless you want to ask. :) And if you made it this far without any silly preconceptions that you can't shake, then I want to hear from you :)

Oh all kinds of things. Taking a walk, going to play laser tag, putt putt, coffee, dinner and a movie. It's something that's different with every person depending on what aspects of their personality appeals to me and what they like! I'm a firm believer in dating for the company not for the activity.
