The following is a brief description about me and what I am looking for in a relationship...
I am a financially and emotionally secure, widowed, father of two talented daughters. I'm fortunate to have been blessed with a loving family including an awesome grandson, a new born baby granddaughter (photo 2nd from the right) and good friends. I am thankful for the life I have and would enjoy sharing it with someone special.
As a community volunteer I find giving back very rewarding. My personality is easy going, intelligent, responsible, dedicated and intuitive. I am told I am a good listener as well as a good communicator. I enjoy indoor/outdoor activities, movies, DVD's, music, comedy, walking, biking, traveling and more. With the right person I would enjoy going and doing just about anything. I have high ethic and moral values and seek the same in my match. My interests are varied. I believe diversity is a good thing so we can both learn from each other. Stress is so unhealthy, therefore I make every attempt to surround myself with people, places and things that are positive and enjoyable.
I was married for 14 years, now widowed longer than that. I have only good memories of being dedicated to one special person and would like to recapture that feeling one last time with someone who is simply interested in recapturing or seeking the same, that has no long laundry list of what I must be to qualify.
Time slips by so quietly but nevertheless fly's by so quickly, everyday that passes is a gift so why not share this gift with someone special and enjoy it even more.
Ultimately what I am looking is not to find a date to party but rather develop a relationship with one special lady to experience the "WOW" feeling of love and the excitement of sharing, giving and receiving to one another, a woman who is open minded, affectionate and full of love and sensuality. I believe physical attraction is important, but I have learned it is only a part of the big picture. When we meet for the first time I would like it to be a comfortable situation for both of us.
