I honestly am not sure any more these days what men are really looking for in a woman but I can say this about myself: I am not perfect but I am honest, hard working, adventurous, loyal, trustworthy and an all around good person. I have lifelong friends and value them and my family.

A FEW DETAILS:
During the day I am a special education teacher with a passion for the sciences and I love learning about almost everything! By night I am still a special education teacher but at home reading a book, watching a movie or at the gym swimming. What did you think I was going to say?! ;-) My favorite museum in NYC is the American Museum of Natural History. Swimming and when I can again, horseback riding and running are what I do for my exercise. I am a very freindly person and get along with pretty much anyone. I have lived in a few different places in the country and New Orleans was a favorite that I miss a lot. I think I must have southern blood in me somehow!

I am always game for far off places and adventure, though I must say sleeping in a desert with scorpions had to be one my craziest. When I am not hanging out in the desert I like to relax in warm bath with a candle and some music. I can actually be quite girly and don't always fit the mold that most try to put me in. That being said I can go from a dress with heels to a t-shirt and jeans.

I try to stay positive most of the time and a great family and friends are who get me through life’s ups and downs and keep me grounded.
