I have had a lot of adventures in my younger years and continue to seek new ones. I can get carried away with some good stories once I get going. My friends are always telling me I should write a book.
I have been in the tourism business for the last 26 years owning a business here in Tofino. Now, semi-retired.
Being a handy type guy, I can fix just about anything, now would like to fix my heart. I like to dabble in watercolours and acrylics and am an accomplished scrimshander.
Still have my 12 string sitting in the living room and actually play it about 4 or 5 hours a year! Oh yea, I like to sing and have been known to partake in a little karaoke from time to time. Sitting in bed with a great cup of coffee watching the morning news is how I start most of my days, while I try and figure out what to do today!
I am truthful and honest, loving, thoughtful, very passionate and cuddly, playful and still insist on opening your car door and holding your hand as we walk along. Spending an entire day in bed drinking coffee and playing is good for the soul too!
Spending lots of time in warm climes takes up my winters as I am sick of the weather in BC - been out in it far too long. I am a simple living kind of guy, not into politics or debates or stuff like that. Like to cuddle on the couch and veg in the evenings, neck and back rubs - I'll give you one if you give me one. I will definitely spoil the right gal.
Although I could well afford it, I drive an old comfortable minivan! Have my mid-life crisis sitting in the garage waiting to get rebuilt. I do not need fancy or expensive toys in my life.
If it's Sunday, I'll be watching NASCAR or other car racing while creating my sushi dinner, and would enjoy sharing this with you. Baseball, Simpsons and CSI type shows interest me other times, but Discovery and History channels are my fav.

I have a bad back, so hiking and that kind of thing is out of my reach - bummer when the body ages beyond my 26 year old mind! I walk to stay fit. With friends, I enjoy laying back around the firepit, listening to good music, cooking a steak or hamburgers on the BBQ. I also enjoy SOME cooking and can concoct a mean sushi feast, roast or great steaks to mention a few. I use the BBQ to cook most of my meals.

How about grabbing a coffee or something to go, and take a walk somewhere we can ask questions, laugh and wonder, holding hands to see if there is a chemistry or maybe it's just sweaty palms! Sitting at a sushi counter works for me too!
