Hi guys. I just want to say we’ve all been hurt at some point in our lives, right. And the endless number of faces on these websites can be so discouraging. But, today’s a new day. Hope for a fresh start and that maybe, just maybe, there is one girl out there who isn’t like all the rest. Take a chance.

Let me start out by telling you a few things that I am looking for in a man: I am looking a best friend, a companion, a boredom buddy, and a partner for life. I want to meet someone who enjoys life, is easy going and naturally brings out the best in people. I'm looking forward to meeting someone who will go out line dancing and swing dancing with me, who will dance in the rain with me, take me dirt biking or 4-wheel driving through the mud, go rock climbing in Joshua Tree, or simply cuddle on the couch with a movie - just enjoy the simple things in life together.

I love to be outdoors (biking, boating, rock climbing, camping) and staying active. I like a caring and sensitive guy who is masculine but is able to express himself. I value conversations that last late into the night about life, pain, joys, frustrations, and our relationship with God. I don't have patience for self-centered superficial conversation. You have to be real and emotionally expressive. I'm a nurturer and caretaker at heart. I want to be there with someone through the everyday ups and downs. I'd like to meet someone who shares my Christian faith, and builds his life on this foundation. You have to be others-focused, and not simply living life looking out for number one. I'm not looking for someone who has it all together. But I am looking for someone who is eagerly seeking wholeness and God's healing from lifes ups and downs. I like to be pursued. To me this demonstrates that someone knows what they want and has the courage to go after it. I'd have to say my love language is words of encouragment. I love to receive positive encouragement from others and love to encourage others as well. Along with words, comes communication. I need a partner in life who enjoys talking and listening about even the small details of life.

I'd rather meet in person sooner than later, rather than endless text messages and random phone calls. Online, you can email forever, but never find out if you really click. Being that this is the world of internet, I do like to start with a coffee, tea, or Jamba date first. If we're still talking after a couple hours and end up craving tacos... there's almost always a taco truck around when you need one.
