About Me
A few of my friends have found POF to be very successful so I thought I'd give it a try. Not sure what to say here but I'll give you a few random bits of information about me and if you are interested in learning more you can let me know.
*I am 31 and recently completed my Teaching degree. I am working as a TOC and LOVE it.
*I have done a fair amount of traveling mostly in Europe (lived there for 2 1/2 years) and have decided that Vancouver Island is where I want to be. Although I still love to travel I'm not up for the living abroad anymore.
*I grew up in the Cowichan Valley but have lived in Victoria, Deep Bay, Tofino and now the Comox Valley and LOVE what Vancouver Island has to offer.
*I have a 4 year old Chocolate Lab X named Huuna that I adore.
*I'm not 'athletic' but am quite active. I love going out and doing and trying new things.
* geocaching is a hobby that I've combined with dog walking and try to get out as often as possible.
*I'm quite social and out going but not into the bar scene. I love a BBQ with friends, or a games night, and the occasional pint at the local pub. That being said I also really enjoy a quiet night in with a good bottle of wine and movie.
* I can be quite outgoing and social around friends but am shy when it comes to making the first move so if you like what you've seen on here and want to know more send me an email. Thanks for reading my profile and happy fishing to you all.
First Date
First off I'd say pass a few emails back and forth or chat online then I think it needs to be something where you have the opportunity to get to know someone a little better. Maybe take the dog(s) for a walk followed by drink on the patio of a local watering hole or a coffee shop. Heading out to Saratoga on a Saturday night to watch the races. Checking out a geocache together. There are so many options it all depends on mutual interests.
