Just seeing whats going on around here. I'm a good guy with a nice guy streak. I look to help when I can, and can be very understanding. Into running, hiking, reading, movie-buff, Paintball, Boating, Cooking, Writing, Sci-fi, and a lil bit of everything else.

If there's one thing I have been accused of that I cannot deny, it's that I tend to reach for the stars. I don't always make it, but I have to try.

WHAT KIND OF WOMAN I AM LOOKING FOR:
A woman who can take a compliment, or a dozen. A woman who likes being treated like a queen. A woman who enjoys the moments filled with romance. A woman who likes to be held, hugged, kissed, squeezed. A woman who likes to be spoiled, and doesn't ruin those times by asking why I treat her so well.

Question; What are some of us looking for? For someone to stand by us when we screw up? Is that when we appreciate them the most? Or someone to hold in the middle of the night, someone that gives us peace of mind, put a smile on our faces as we fall silently back to sleep? When your significant other calls you, is it because you want them to call you, or because they wanted to call you? Just some thoughts.

Things I like:
Reading,running, writing, long distance drives, the sound of rain, zombie movies, Discovery and the History channels, dogs, real romantic moments, lol, wow, I definitely don't sound like a macho guy, lol.

And this one I haven't tried yet because I'm still a newbie to this world, but a running date might be interesting. You can learn alot about a person; how strong they are mentally, how far they're willing to push themselves, and of course, how we match up physically is important too.

Dinner, no movie, I'd rather talk to my date than just sit next to them in silence. Talking is the biggest thing, seeing how and if we mesh well.

Ok, I know this might seem odd to some people. But I thought of something I'd like to do on a first date, so here goes...

I know next to nothing about wine, but I have friends that are into it, owning it, drinking it, and even going on wine tasting vacations. So I think I'd like to meet someone for the first time and go wine tasting for our first date. LOL. I think it'd be a cool, and original way to meet. What say you?
