I live in interesting times, enthusiastic/curious/physical. I enjoy good conversation and outdoor activities mostly walking. Tall and attractive, attentive and useful. Well educated, after an academic career I am now involved with renovation work in Cheltenham. Summer is here and I find myself unattached for the first time in years! Quite like the freedom but I do miss company; sharing. I have travelled widely; adventurous. I am independant and cultured, slim and fun to be with, these are also the qualities I look for in a partner .
Well, summer is just about over and despite my best efforts the fishing net came up empty. A triumph of experience over optimism.

Probably meet up for a sociable drink one evening in a civilised pub, town or country, a garden if its a warm evening. If its a warm afternoon take a stroll along the river or perhaps a stately home with parklands. Talk some and listen more, exchange ideas and humour then see where it goes from there.
