Life is currently busy watching my 11 year old son develop his athletic talents, (Baseball, basketball and football coming up in the fall.) but I need to take some time for me too. I enjoy cooking, long walks, blues/jazz and R&B music, dancing, football and basketball, movies, writing, and church. Seeking someone ultimately for long term relationship. (Non smoker, non drinker)
Though I've been through some difficult circumstances the last couple of years, it has only strengthened my faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, which has ultimately allowed me to maintain a positive outlook and attitude towards life and keep my joy. I am also reminded that our window of time here on this earth is very small, and we need to live each day to the fullest, because no one is promised tomorrow and life is not a dress rehearsal...(smile) I am ultimately looking for my soul mate. Someone who enjoys being pampered and treated like the very special person that he is. I am honest, respectful, caring, confident, independent, kind, and a very loving and passionate person with high morals and values, and I expect the same in return from my mate. I believe in giving 110% in a relationship all the time, and that is what I have found in the past that makes it work. I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh and smile. I don't need someone to complete me, but someone to compliment me, as I would compliment you as well. I want some one who enjoys a night out on the town dressed to the nines, or simply just curlying up on the couch in front of the fireplace watching a good movie and munching on some popcorn. I think getting together for initial chit chat is always a good idea and then we will see how things progress and if we can think about dinner and a movie or comedy club in the future!
