NO SMOKERS or HABITUAL DRINKERS or 20somethings or "booty call" proposals

I am a grad student working for my MBA in Leadership. While a grad student, I am an activities assistant at a nursing home. Very low stress! I am currently living near Daytona Beach/New Smyrna/Deland, FL (I've resided here for 9 years). I will be relocating to northeastern PA in April 2009. I'm looking to make new friends in the area. I have been separated from my spouse of 3 years for nearly 3 years.

I very much believe that in almost any relationship of any kind that fair and equitable reciprocity is the main ingredient for success, particularly with communication. In others words, I treat others the way I want to be treated, and I think before I speak or (re)act because what goes around comes around and I must also live with tomorrow with what I say and do today. I do have a wonderful but sarcastic, witty and quippish sense of humor. I enjoy a good bantering session with the right man, if he can keep up! LOL!!! LOL!!! I like to match wits with my partner.......its an alternate form of foreplay?????!!!!

My ideal partner would live his life as such, plus have a sense of humor, responsibility and integrity. I would prefer a partner who is in the same place in his life as I am; ready for a new relationship and not just coming out of one. I am not a fleshy band-aid or a rebound woman to cure the ills of a past relationship. Only time will heal those; not a person. I own a 6 acre farm with horses, goats, dogs, cats, bird and chickens. My living situation will not be suited for a "city boy" or a man with a "few extra pounds".

I do understand that people of my age have baggage; there's no way to live to this age without having some. However, if the baggage is not easily carried, then its a problem. I am not looking for a man who is controlling, has any fetishes and/or obsessions or is emotionally and/or financially needy or is under the age of 37 or over the age of 43. I am not a "booty call" or willing to discuss my underclothes or "innovative s**ual ideas", so please don't ask.
