About Me
Will try to keep this brief..
I'm a hardworking person and i enjoy the benefits that come with that.. Being busy i don't get to meet a lot of new people - it would be nice to be able to share the things i enjoy with a like minded girl; live music, movies, art, good food, red wine, couch time, did i mention good food? I think that at the moment I have compassion and the capacity to make someone happy that is going to waste; my own fault, I don't get out much nowadays!! I like to share, am looking for someone to share with.
I'm happy with my life in all other respects, would want to meet someone the same. Also, must like cats! I just don't understand people who don't like cats.. Really, it's a deal breaker.. Is that strange? I've just found that it's generally a good indicator of a persons character. Maybe that's just me.
I like to tinker with old things.. I have had old cars with the goal of restoring them in the past, nothing now, but I'm looking around for a project to keep me busy. I spend an inordinate amount of time with a handfull of vegies and flowering plants I have in pots at home (actually, a couple of handfulls!) - would love to have a big garden one day, not very practical when you're renting though!
I like to go out, see exhibitions, live music, really enjoy being outside working in the garden, trying interesting food (lots of great places in Melbourne); going solo is fine but it's much more fun with someone else! Musically I have broad tastes, I've got a soft spot for the '80s though! I have some talented friends who have bands playing regularly around town, so I get out a bit and enjoy that.
Not much information there i know; just send me a message, i'll open up a bit more i promise! All messages will be replied to - it's only polite..
Thanks for reading this far!
Also, re the photo; I never wear singlets in public, nor do i get around wearing a cowboy hat..! Have also lost the beard. It was a themed Christmas party, and i was on holidays..
First Date
Not sure if this is the right thing to say, but first dates should be organised with handy escape routes for both parties!! Coffee or a few drinks sound about right for a first date.. If things go well then things should progress, but i don't think a movie or a three course dinner is right for a first date. Plenty of time for that later. It's always nice to have something to talk about, so an interesting bar or a walk up Brunswick st or around St. Kilda down near the beach is fun.. It's good to see how people relate to things around them..
notmetro has 2 roses that can be sent.
