I consider myself a pretty interesting, intelligent, humorous, and fun guy. I have a lot of interests, ranging from my career interests (science) to following my numerous sports teams. I like meeting new people and trying new activities, which I have to admit I have done far to little of the past few years. I aspire to become a successful scientist who leaves a positive contribution on the world. Don't get me wrong though, while I love my work, I love life outside of work just as much, if not more. I'm hoping to get back into music more and I'd like to join a few sports teams if I can find the time.

I'm looking for a woman who is smart, sweet, kind, and honest. I'm looking for someone fit and attractive who takes care of herself. I'd like to find someone with some similar interests as mine, but not necessarily all of them. If you are into sports at all, then that is a big plus for me! Ideally I'd like to find a long term relationship, but I'm also up for friends and dating as well.

I think a first date should be something pretty casual and laid back. Something like meeting for lunch or coffee would be a good start. Perhaps going to a sporting event, or bowling. The fancy wine and dine dates should be saved for later, in my opinion. I am open to most any idea, however.
